The following schedules list availablity of the Activity Center facilities:

Activity Room

Adult Open Hockey:  Pick up hockey for anyone 18 and over $7 per skater.

Available Ice for Sale:  Check here for an up to the minute schedule of available ice time.  You can now pay online by visiting the icetimefinder.com website.

Facility Schedule:  See all of the events happening at the RAC.

Pond Hockey:  $7 per skater - Check here often for this weekly scheduled, no checking, unstructured time for kids to play hockey just for the fun of it. Full equipment required. Schedules will be posted on Mondays for the following week. Sessions will be broken down by:

  • Mites & Mini Mites/U8
  • Squirts/U10 & Peewees/U12
  • Bantam/U14 & High School
  • Open (Just like playing at the park, extra nets are available to divide up the rink if needed.)

Open Skating:  $4 per skater a good time for the Entire Family.  More details found on Open Skating page.

Pond Hockey and Hockey is for fun and enjoyment for everyone. Regardless of your level of skill, there are elements of risk in the sport of hockey. Use common sense, show courtesy to others, and anticipate dangerous situations before they arise.

The following rules are basic elements of safety and courtesy and it is understood that:

  • Participants assume all risks of injury or death sustained while in, on or about the premises of Rogers Activity Center, and waive all liability against the City of Rogers, its officers, employees and agents.
  • Participants release, discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Rogers from any and all claims, demands or causes of action that are in any way connected with the participation in the sport of hockey or use of the Rogers Activity Center premises, facilities or equipment, whether "on" or "off" the ice, on the part of the City of Rogers, its officers, employees and agents.
  • Participants have adequate insurance and agree to assume full responsibility for any costs or expenses occasioned by an injury or medical need arising out of participation in the sport of hockey or use of the Rogers Activity Center premises, facilities or equipment.
  • Helmets are required for all participants.
  • All players under 18 need full equipment.
  • All players 18 and older need Helmets, Gloves and Skates full equipment highly suggested.
  • Food and/or Drink are not allowed on the ice.
  • You must pay, present punch card or check in prior to skating.
  • Report any dangerous situations or behavior to staff immediately.
  • Participants in the sport of hockey are doing so at their own risk.
  • No contact!
  • No Organized Drills.
  • Everyone is allowed to play regardless of ability; pass the puck; no one likes a puck hog.
  • Respect the ice. Please do not litter or use foul language.

This is just a partial list. There are elements of risk that common sense and personal awareness can help reduce. You are ultimately responsible for your personal safety. Use caution, and skate in control. Respect other skaters. Staff cannot guarantee your safety and will not protect you from injury. It is part of your responsibility to avoid other skaters and hazards. Failure to use good judgment, to skate responsibly, or to follow the rules will result in the loss of skating privileges.

  • No Rough Housing, Tag, Chasing or Crack the Whip.
  • No Sticks, Pucks or Balls.
  • No weaving around other skaters.
  • No one allowed on the ice without skates.
  • Ice skates are not allowed on bleachers or concrete flooring.
  • No carrying of children at any time.
  • No food or drink allowed on the ice.
  • You must pay, present punch card or check in prior to skating.
  • Please skate in counter clockwise motion.
  • Report any dangerous situations or behavior to staff immediately.
  • Skaters participating in open skate are doing so at their own risk.
  • Respect the ice. Please do not litter or use foul language.
  • Younger and Inexperienced skaters should skate near the boards.

The Pro Shop offers the following services:

    Featuring the EZ-Sharp and every skate sharpening verified with the Hollow Depth Indicator tool.
  • SRS® Hockey Stick Blade and Shaft repair system
    We fix composite hockey sticks onsite at the RAC. We repair broken hockey sticks and reinforce your lamp-lighting weaponry with SRS® composite technology. In the hands of our trained pro shop professionals, the SRS® stick repair system will restore cracked blades, chipped toes, crushed heels, severed shafts, and more. You name it!
